Singapore has changed a lot in two and a half years. I've been feeling a leeeetle foreign around here, and I'm surprised at how much I've been forced to use my chinese. I don't remember having to use it this much before.
Haven't really met up with many friends yet...I'm hoping I'll get enough time to do that later. Meanwhile...I'm very much looking forward to YM camp from 13-16th Dec. Also meeting up with friends from Sydney for dinner/drinks on the 16th, which should be cool! There's Alarice's gig on the 19th, then we're leaving for Shanghai on the 22nd, so I guess the meeting up with old friends has to happen somewhere in there, and when I get back...
Went around Clarke Quay with Maya tonight, after work. My...that place has changed. Didn't even recognise it. We sat outside this funny bar that had wheelchairs / hospital beds for seats, and we just talked (and played with our wheelchairs) for ages...twas good. Haha.
Should probably get to bed now, since I have work tomorrow morning...My head is still whirring with afterthoughts of that last long conversation...and other things. I'll share another time.
I'm feeling like...I need God.
