So now I'm thinking....maybe I'll start blogging more regularly again. About nothing in particular...just you know...ramblings...
You know on that John Mayer site I went to yesterday, I saw this videoclip that he put up of this girl doing this song...her name is Corinne Bailey Rae and I think she's pretty cool. She's got a unique voice and that song she sang was really sweet...I've just spent the last hour trying to play it on the guitar. It's called Like A Star if you wanna check it out....

Yeah well...I got some more of my test results back today...I didn't do like horribly bad in anything I suppose, but I can't say I'm satisfied with how I've done either. Pretty much skimming average for everything except Legal Studies, which I am so gleefully triumphant about. 70% of the work was done the night before and for once, it actually worked! The other bit of it was luck, cos the last question was on the effectiveness of legal and non-legal means in addressing human rights issues and I hadn't prepared a case study for it...after thinking for like 5 minutes I finally remembered something I heard on the news about Darfur and I just slapped it down and got 5.5 out of 6! Score! It pays to know what's going on around the world...
Speaking of that, I just read somewhere about how this 19 year old aussie guy organised a Make Poverty History Concert and actually got Bono and Pearl Jam to perform at it! How crazy is that? Apparently he only got last minute notice from both of them but still...I think that's mad that he even got them at all. A 19 year old random.....props for you, random 19 year old, that is effort.
Anyway, I best be going...I hate how homework eats at you from the back of your head when you don't do it. And knowing me and my procrastination, I probably won't end up doing it anyway, because something will pull me away (willingly) to do something else soon after I press PUBLISH. I think the guitar again. Haha. Damn I wish I could take lessons.
