Just back from Jess Reis' pirate party! Twas pretty good! She looked so gorgeous...as usual... If my PLC friends keep having parties at this rate I won't really have time to miss them cos I'll be seeing them so much anyway!
And yea...debating at UTS on Tuesday wasn't as scary as I thought it'd be! Although I still think I did pretty bad. My team (Me, Mel K and Diana) actually won 2 out of our 3 debates! The theme was international law and the topics were:
1. That the military should quarantine those infected with bird flu (affirmative; we won)
2. That Australia should put trade with China above human rights concerns (negative; we lost)
3. That Australia should cut off diplomatic relations with countries that execute its citizens (affirmative; we won)
Also...homegroup started on Wednesday...at 16 I am the youngest person in the group. It was pretty good though...I am looking forward to the next meeting this Wednesday although I will be buggered from school and dance.
Ok speaking of being buggered I am so tired I think I'll cut this short now. Who even reads this anymore?! I don't know what I write for, honestly. Goodnight.
