Hello, you sad person who reads my blog.
Today has been just another ordinary day. Ooh that's like the Vanessa Carlton song.
Just a day, just an ordinary day, just trying to get by. Anyway. When I came home from school today, I found my mum going through these old video recordings she took of us when we were
that small. Claimed she was watching bits so she could label the tapes and throw out the spoilt ones.
They were so, damn, hilarious!! I never even knew I was on camera, so when I saw it I was like what the...but goodness...God knows I needed that laugh. Actually, most of it was just embarrassing, but you get more out of laughing, you know?
There was stuff on it from primary school! Huishan! Remember that Racial Harmony Day when we were in the international pageant for Malaysia? And we did that cha-cha dance? And the other dance we did with Sanaz and Samira which your sister choreographed for us? You'll be pleased to know I shed tears laughing at you too. Heehee. x) Ahh...I was such a strange little kid.
Er ok Adam just instant messaged me - I'm down to play the piano in church for the next roster. Which is cool, because I'll be down more often now, but not so cool, because I kinda doubt my piano-playing abilities. =/ No I should really go x) instead. Optimism! It'll work out fine. God looks at the heart, anyways.
On an entirely different note - I need a holiday!
